5.7 on Windows 2003 Server

When I install and run my app on Win2003 Server it errors that it cant
initialize ILD01.DLL.
I use the same installation routine that I use on W2k,ME,XPPro,XPHome, and
Win98

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Check the WIN.INI if it contains the necessary entries and if they match
the actual locations.
